Holiday Choir Concert at St. Philips is Rescheduled to This Sunday
The Holiday Choir Concert at St. Philip's Church in Garrison that was snowed out on December 16 will take place this Sunday, January 13 at 10:30am. The St. Philip's Church Choir will be accompanied by a string septet and will sing Magnificat by Franscesco Durante and Fantasia on Christmas Carols by Ralph Vaughan Williams.
The choir will be conducted by Dr. Ed Lundergan, Director of Choral Activities at SUNY New Paltz. Solists for the Durante will be Sarah Geer, Camilla von Bergen, Dean Anderson and Robert Saunders. For the Vaughan Williams, Greg Gunder will be baritone soloist.
