Parenting Challenging Teens 4-Session Series Hosted by Mental Health Association
Registrations are now being accepted for the four-session skill-building series, "Parenting Challenging Teens," provided by the Mental Health Association in Dutchess County in partnership with Dutchess County Probation and Community Corrections, beginning Monday, March 10, 2008 to March 31, 2008.
This education program was developed to help parents of teenagers learn principles of behavior management, pay attention to good behavior, give effective commands, and develop behavior contracts. There is no fee for the 4-week course, however, Pre-registration is required. The course will be taught by Marlene Taylor, M.P.S., Education & Training Coordinator at the Mental Health Association in Dutchess County.
