Discover Snow Shoeing at Hudson Highlands Nature Museum

On Saturday, January 26, at 10am, the Hudson Highlands Nature Museum presents: Discover Snow Shoeing! Come to the Museum's Outdoor Discovery Center, 20 Kenridge Farm Drive, Route 9W, Cornwall, for a morning of snowshoeing. Participants will hike the museum's trails with snow shoes provided by the D.E.C. Stonykill Farm. Museum Educator, Carl Heitmuller and D.E.C. Naturalist, Rich Parisio, will lead this fun and adventurous hike.

Pre-registration is required by January 23, along with shoe size. Call (845) 534-5506, ext 204. Limited snowshoes available. Snow shoes are free with admission. In the event of no snow there will be a nature hike for all who sign up. Recommended for adults and children ages 5 and up. Cost: $5. Members: $3.
