Cold Spring Youth Arrested for Criminal Solicitation
The Village of Cold Spring Police Department reports the arrest of a 17-year-old Cold Spring Area youth for Criminal Solicitation in the 5th Degree, a violation.
The youth had solicited individuals on Main Street at Route 9D to purchase beer for him at a local convenience store. The youth is under the age of 21 and was unable to purchase it.
He was arrested by Police Officers Anthony Pupcyzk and Robert Russell, processed and released on an appearance ticket to appear on Wednesday 13 February 2008 at 1pm before Cold Spring Village Justice Thomas Costello.
The youth's name is being held pending youthful offender status.
