Gaming Tournament at Howland Library
Are you a top-notch gamer? Think you can beat your friends? Well, come put it to the test. There will be a Gaming Tournament at Howland Public Library in Beacon for kids ages 10- 16 on Friday, February 29d from 4-6 pm. Kids are invited to test their gaming skills while having fun playing various games, including Guitar Hero and Warioware Smooth Moves, on Wii and Playstation 2. There will be prizes and refreshments.
The tournament will be limited to 16 players so please register at the library or by calling Ginny Figlia, Youth Services Librarian, at 831-1134, ex.103. We ask players to please bring their own controller if they have one. Howland Public Library plans to start a gaming club after this first tournament so bring your ideas.
