Assemblywoman Galef Schedules Town Meetings Throughout 90th Assembly District
State Assemblywoman Sandy Galef invites her constituents to discuss issues of state and local concern at public "Town Meetings" throughout her 90th Assembly District which includes the towns of Ossining, Cortlandt, Phillipstown, Putnam Valley, Kent, and the city of Peekskill.
Galef will discuss the Governor's proposed budget as well as her priorities for the new legislative session. She looks forward to hearing what's on the minds of her public.
The Town Meeting schedule is as follows:
-Saturday, February 2, 2008, 1- 3pm, Julia L. Butterfield Memorial Library, 10 Morris Avenue, Cold Spring;
Saturday, February 9, 2008 10am- 12 noon Putnam Valley Free Library, 30 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley and 1-3 pm Kent Free Library, 17 Sybil's Crossing, Kent Lakes;
and, further afield:
-Thursday, January 31, 2008 7-9 pm Ossining Public Library, 53 Croton Avenue Ossining;
-Saturday, February 2, 2008 10 am-12 noon Hendrick Hudson Free Library, 185 Kings Ferry Road, Montrose;
Thursday, February 7, 2008 7- 9pm, The Field Library, 4 Nelson Avenue, Peekskill.
