Lake Peekskill Woman Charged With Leaving the Scene of Accident
Sheriff Donald B. Smith reports the arrest of a Lake Peekskill woman on a charge of heaving the scene of an auto accident in which her passenger was injured.
According to the Sheriff, Deputy Sheriff Robert Hudson was on patrol in the Town of Putnam Valley on January 19, 2008 at 9:55am when he received a complaint from a town resident that her son had been injured at approximately 3:00am that date when a vehicle in which he had been a passenger had crashed after having been driven off the shoulder of Peekskill Hollow Road.
