Canadian Gold Coins Topic of Interest at Coin Collector's Meeting
The Croton River Numismatic Society of Carmel, New York (a coin club) will hold its next meeting on Tuesday. February 19. 2008 in the Guideposts Cafeteria, 39 seminary Hill Road in Carmel at 7:30pm.
Topics up for discussion at the meeting will include obsolete U.S. banknotes, Canadian gold coins, California gold coins, Three Dollar U.S. Gold coins and recent acquisitions of members and guests.
The society continues to offer the free appraisal of coins, paper money and other types of numismatic material either at its meetings or by appointment. More information may be obtained by calling 845-225- 8201.
