Three Philipstown Kids Advance to Regional Knights of Columbus Free Throw Competition
The Knights of Columbus Loretto Council #536 sent 6 boys and girls to the District 52 Free Throw Competition, which was held on February 23 at the Capuchin Youth and Family Ministries Gym in Garrison and 3 of them came home winners.
Moving on to the Regional Competition at Marlboro Elementary School on Sunday, March 2 will be Nick Allen, age 11 (18 for 25), Kelsey Flaherty, age 13 (13 for 25), and Ian Thom, age 13 (22 for 25).
The winners of this competition will advance to the Downstate Regional Tournament being held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School on March 29.
