Last Chance - It's Not Too Late To Get A Flu Shot
The Putnam County Department of Health has received reports of laboratory confirmed cases of flu among Putnam County residents. Therefore it is very important for those persons who have not yet received a flu vaccine to get immunized as soon as possible.
The Putnam County Department of Health will be holding a free public flu clinic for anyone who lives or works in New York State ages 9 years and older on Thursday, March 6, 2008, 9:30am-6pm aat the Putnam County Department of Health, 1 Geneva Road, Brewster (above the Department of Motor Vehicles)
There will be no cost for the flu vaccine. No appointment necessary. No prescription required unless pregnant. For further information or to schedule an appointment for children 6 months up to 9 years of age, please call the Immunization Office at (845) 278-6086.
