Diners wishing to do good while enjoying a sumptuous meal can "dine out for Parkinson's" on Sunday, March 9, the first night of Hudson Valley Restaurant Weeks (Sunday, March 9). The Valley Table raised the money through the 80 participating restaurants in Westchester, Dutchess, Putnam, Orange, Rockland, Columbia and Ulster counties.
