County Offers Free Rabies Vaccination Clinic
The Putnam County Department of Health is sponsoring a free Rabies vaccination Clinic at the South Putnam Animal Hospital on 230E Baldwin Place Road in Mahopac on Saturday, March 29, 2008 from 3 - 5pm. Bring your dogs, cats and ferrets! Please bring proof of Putnam County residency and proof of prior rabies vaccination, tags are not acceptable. All dogs must be leashed and cats and ferrets must be in a carrier. The Animal Information/ Release Form can be downloaded prior to the clinic by visiting our website at www putnamcountyny.com. Completing this form in advance will expedite the vaccination process at the clinic. Forms will also be available at the clinic site.
