Feasting the Valley for Mid- Hudson Valley Rehab Programs
Mid Hudson Valley- Rehab Programs, Inc. will be holding the third annual Feasting the Valley raffle. The grand prize winner will receive gift certificates for dining for two to 12 of the area's top restaurants and this name will be drawn at the Annual Gala which takes place on April 25, 2008 in The Tent At The Grandview.
REHAB Programs, Inc. is a not-for-profit agency, based in Dutchess County, which provides educational, vocational, clinical and residential services to nearly 2300 people with disabilities in the mid- Hudson Valley. The money raised for this raffle will be used to help assure that people with disabilities in our community will always have access to education, jobs, therapeutic care, socialization and other support and services they need.
"Winning the Taste of the Hudson Valley raffle was an unexpected and wonderful surprise! My wife and I love to go out to eat anyway and were happy to see some of our favorites on the list. The thing we really enjoyed though was trying several places for the first time. Thanks Rehab!" 2006 Feasting the Valley raffle winner.
Participating restaurants include: Caf¿ Maya, Busy Bee Cafe, Crew, Terrapin, La Puerta Azul, Charlotte's Catering and Restaurant, The French Corner, Gilded Otter, Shadows on the Hudson, Hickory BBQ Smokehouse, Artists Palate, and Cosimos. Tickets cost $10 each. The winning raffle ticket will be drawn at the Annual Gala, on April 25, 2008 at The Grandview, Poughkeepsie.
