Club Fit Calendar of Free Community Events - May
Club Fit Jefferson Valley is pleased to offer the following one-of-a-kind events during the month of May. These events are free and open to the public.
Monday, May 12 - Sunday, May 18: Get Active America! Club Fit Briarcliff and Club Fit Jefferson Valley are participating in this nationwide IHRSA (International Health, Racquet and Sportsclub Association) wellness initiative, a community outreach campaign to fight obesity and promote physical activity, movement and living your best life. Club members will be invited to "Bring a guest for free" from May 12 to May 15, and an open house will be held from May 16 to May 18, where both Club Fit locations open their doors to the community. Tuesday, May 20: My Neck Hurts, What Can I Do? Physical Therapy at Jefferson Valley will host this presentation by Patricia Burkitt, PT, from 8:00 to 9:00pm A minimum of five participants is needed for the class to be held. May 1 through May 31: Club Fit Artist Gallery Each month, a local artist is featured in the gallery. The community is invited to view the artwork on display, which is sometimes available for sale.
