Cold Spring's Fee Sisters Marched and Danced in the St. Patrick's Day Parade

Mairead, Catriona and Angela Fee, first-graders at Haldane School, marched and danced in the Saint Patrick's Day parade in New York City this year. They were part of the unit, The Parents and Students Association of Irish Music and Dance whose president is their grandmother, Mary Fee. The girls step-danced several different routines up Fifth Avenue as part of an ensemble of 60 Irish stepdancers ranging in age from 6 to 18 years old, led by their aunt, Bernadette Fee. The Fee girls each wore the costume representative of their Irish dance school, the Kevin Broesler school, located in Fishkill. Dancers from numerous different schools throughout the NY metropolitan area were represented in the 60- dancer ensemble, making for a most colorful display of beautiful talent.
