Bargains Abound at St. Philip's Nursery School White Elephant Sale
Plan to shop for amazing bargains this Saturday, April 12, at the St. Philip's Nursery School White Elephant Sale. This indoor yard sale features gently used toys, children's furnishings, clothing for men, women, and children, household items, and books. It's a great place to refresh your children's shelves and wardrobes, find your next great Halloween costume, and locate that unusual gift! Also featured are baked goods, and a light lunch is available.
The sale is held in the St. Philip's Parish House, located at 1101 Route 9D, across from the Garrison School. Hours are 9am to 1pm. Early bird entrance is available at 8:30 a.m. for a $5 fee. Everything is priced to move, and really great bargains are available after 12:30.
Items may be donated to the Sale up until Friday afternoon. The Sale proceeds benefit St. Philip's Nursery School, a nonprofit preschool established by St. Philip's Church in the Highlands in 1960. The Nursery School currently enrolls 36 children ages three to five from Philipstown, Beacon, and Putnam Valley. For further information, please call 424- 4209.
