Dog Agility Demonstrations and Pony Rides Part of Pet Fair at South Putnam Animal Hospital
In celebration of National Pet Week (May 4-10) South Putnam Animal Hospital is holding a Pet Fair and Open House on Sunday, May 4, 2008 from 1- 3pm. Celebrate the wonderful benefits that pets provide by joining fellow animal lovers for fun and information about animals and pet care. The doctors and staff will be on hand to answer pet health questions and to give tours of the hospital. Many animal-related local organizations will be participate and provide information about their groups. Dog demonstrations will be given on obedience, agility, and protection training. Have a sick or injured bear? Is he missing an eye, his stuffing is showing or he has other minor health concerns? Bring him along and visit the Bear Repair Clinic! The caring Bear Care Technician will do her best to mend his injuries. The Bear Repair Clinic is an equal opportunity healer, all stuffed animals are welcome.
Free admission, refreshments, gifts and pony rides for the kids will be provided. For safety purposes, human visitors only. Please leave your pet at home!
