And The Winner Is. . . PVES Students Give Dr. Seuss a Landslide Victory
Students rock the vote for reading

CAPTION ONE: Brittany Schut casts her ballot
On March 27 Putnam Valley Elementary School students got a taste of this year's election excitement by casting votes for their favorite books during their lunch periods.

The election was part of the PARP-A-PALOOZA (PARP=Parents As Reading Partners) spring reading program, sponsored by the Putnam Valley PTA and supported by the teachers and administrators of PVES.

After all of the ballots were counted, Green Eggs and Ham, by Dr. Seuss, won in a landslide.
