Long Island Man Arrested in Cold Spring Village for Motor Vehicle Offenses
On April 19, 2008, at 12:10pm, Police Officer Comiskey of the Village of Cold Spring observed a person operating a vehicle with an expired inspection certificate on Main Street in the Village of Cold Spring. A traffic stop was conducted and it was determined that the driver, David C. Holt, of Freeport, New York, aged 43 years, had two Active Suspensions. The driver was arrested, processed and released on the scene to appear in Village Court on May 14, 2008. He was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd, and Operating a Motor Vehicle with Expired Inspection Certificate. The vehicle was impounded.
