Baby & Me Lap Time at Howland Library
Parents and caregivers are invited to bring babies, birth up to age 24 months, to Howland Public Library on 313 Main St. in Beacon for a sixweek session of the "Baby & Me" story and lap time program beginning Tuesday, May 13 and running through June 17. The lap time will be held on Tuesday mornings from 10:30 - 11:15.
During the first half of the program, the children's librarian will introduce simple books, rhymes, lap games, and songs to everyone. After the lap time, babies and adults may share a playtime and socialize together. It is suggested that baby have this time alone with their adult, however, siblings are welcome.
