Sheriff Announces Safe Boaters Course to be Given in Carmel
Sheriff Donald B. Smith announces that the Putnam County Sheriff's Department will be hosting a New York State Safe Boaters Course at the Sheriff's Department in Carmel on May 20 and May 2, 2008 from 6 to 10pm. Completion of this course is a requirement for all persons who operate a personal watercraft on waters in New York State. The course is limited to thirty people.
