CORRECTIONS
In the June 26, 2008 Putnam Valley edition of the PCN&R, article on Cimarron Ranch in Putnam Valley incorrectly stated that PV Town Councilman Bob Cinque represented Mr. Kaspar in litigation against the town. In fact Mr. Cinque represented the previous owners of the property. The complaint was dismissed against the previous owners shortly after the sale of the property to Mr. Kaspar. Mr. Cinque has had no involvement in the matter since that time.
In the June 26, 2008 Philipstown edition of the PCN&R, a caption on the front page indicated that the North Highlands Fire Department is storing their equipment off site during their construction. The Department is actually continuing to store their equipment on site and is responding to calls in their usual timely manner.
