Friars Of The Atonement Annual Golf Classic Raises $100,000 to Aid Chemically Addicted
The Franciscan Friars of the Atonement raised $100,000 at their 16th Annual St. Christopher's Inn Golf Classic on June 9 at the Mount Kisco Country Club. Proceeds will benefit the Friar's programs of St. Christopher's Inn, a residential shelter and treatment center for men which is located in Garrison and St. Joseph's Rehabilitation Center, for men and women in Saranac Lake; as well as the Halfway Houses of Westchester in White Plains. This year's honorees, Fr. William Drobach, SA, Vice President, St. Christopher's Inn (right) and James Gilman, Executive Vice President, Eifert, French & Ketchum, (second from left) were recognized for their contributions to helping the chemically addicted and homeless. Standing with them are Fr. Bernie Palka, SA, President/ CEO, St, Christopher's Inn and Robert Ross, President/ CEO, St. Joseph's Rehabilitation Center.
