Nature of the Hudson: The River Otter, at Hudson Highlands Nature Museum
Come learn the natural history of the River Otter on Saturday, July 26, 10am, at Kowawese Unique Area, Route 9W, New Windsor. Join Benjamin Stafford, DEC Wildlife Educator as he explains the habits and habitats of this amazing mammal of the Hudson Valley through an interactive hands-on presentation sponsored by the Hudson Highlands Nature Museum. The Hudson Highlands Nature Museum's Saturday Nature Programs are a series of educational programs about the science, natural history and environment of the Hudson Highlands. Learn and have fun at the same time.
Nature of the Hudson Saturday Programs meet at 10am at the picnic area near the parking lot, Kowawese Unique Area, Route 9W, New Windsor and are sponsored by the Hudson Highlands Nature Museum. (The entrance is across from Anthony's Pier 9 and just south of Toyota of Newburgh.) This program is recommended for ages 5 and over! General Admission is $5. Museum members: $3.
