Community Workshop on Fibromyalgia at the Desmond-Fish Library

Dr. Paul Kastuk of Putnam Valley is a wellness chiropractor who has taken a special interest in helping people with fibromyalgia. He has attended multiple conferences on the causes and natural treatments for this painful condition."Fibromyalgia is a debilitating syndrome that is characterized by widespread pain, fatigue, and sleep disturbances. People who have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia feel powerless because they think that their only solution is drug therapy. This is not true, there are natural solutions that have a positive affect on the symptoms of fibromyalgia." Says Dr. Kastuk.

Dr. Kastuk belongs to a not for profit national organization called The Foundation of Wellness Professionals (www.wellnessspeakers.org) whose members are composed of health care providers who volunteer their time to teach their communities about wellness and disease prevention.

Dr. Kastuk will be giving a free workshop on this topic at the Desmond Fish library on Oct 16 from 6:30 to 7:45pm. The library is located at 472 Route 403, at the intersection with Route 9D. Seating is limited to the first 20 registrants. Please call 845-528-2828 to reserve a seat today.
