Reminder of Local Dept. of Health Flu Vaccine Clinic
On Tuesday, October 21, 2008, at the Garrison Fire Department the Putnam County Department of Health will be offering a flu vaccine clinic to residents of Putnam County over age 18.
The clinic will take place from 10am-2pm at the Garrison Fire Department, located on Route 9 in Garrison. The cost is $20, and those 60 and older or with Medicare Card receive the shot for free. Appointments are not necessary.
Please bring proof of Putnam County residency (Driver's License). Pregnant women require a physician prescription. Anyone age 18 or younger should receive their flu and/or pneumonia vaccine from their private healthcare provider.
