No Time To Wait - Vote For Bill Gouldman
To the Editor:

Seniors like me face a number of concerns: property taxes, health-care costs, and transportation affect the elderly more acutely than most. I am concerned that I will not be able to pay my high property-tax bills on a fixed income and want to enjoy the rest of my life with dignity and independence. My health-care costs have ballooned in recent years, especially from the co-payments associated with prescription drugs.

I don't have time to wait for politicians like Sandy Galef to start providing solutions and stop making excuses. Her opponent, Bill Gouldman, has proposed to cap property taxes so I can afford to keep my house, safe public transportation, and expand access to health care across the Hudson Valley by leveraging our tech sectors and educated work force to lower costs. I will be proud to have Bill Gouldman as my representative in Albany, a breath of fresh air and a man willing to fight for their interests and solve the tough problems.
