Local Pre-school Programs Violate State Regs
Kids can attend only one session per day
Some area pre-school children will be attending fewer educational and recreational programs offered by the Philipstown Recreation Department and St. Philip's Nursery School in Garrison as a result of a regulation being enforced by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OFCS). PVVAC is Envy of Putnam County
"We are the envy of Putnam County," said Putnam Valley Volunteer Ambulance Corps Captain Sheryl Keating in her report to the Town Board at their January 7, 2009 meeting. The Board of Trustees for the Village of Cold Spring held a workshop meeting on Tuesday, February 3, 2009 at 7:30pm in the Village Hall on Main Street.
