Impact of ZBA Decision on Marathon Site Could be Significant
Dear Editor: On Feb. 19, the ZBA will hold a public hearing for a developer's application to build a house on the Kemble Ave. Marathon site, the vacant lot stretching from The Boulevard to Foundry Cove. The developer is only applying to build one house at this time so the approval seems uncontroversial. However, the impact of the decision could be significant.
