But board wants 'Chapel Restoration' for common use
The Board of the Chapel of Our Lady Restoration, Inc., has abandoned plans to alter the official name of the little white building on the Hudson. But, while the historical reference to the Virgin Mary will remain in the full name, the board made it clear they prefer that citizens and the local press use the name "The Chapel Restoration," rather than the Chapel of Our Lady.
