Restaurant Week to Feature Local Eateries
A non-federal stimulus program
In the ballroom of West Point's distinguished Thayer Hotel, local chefs, restaurateurs, and farmers gathered for a March 6 media event to promote the Hudson Valley's annual restaurant week as "an economic stimulus for the local community." The "week" is actually two weeks — from Sunday, March 22, through Friday, April 3 — Saturdays excluded.
