Putnam County Sheriff Donald B. Smith reports that a lost 2 year-old child who had wondered away f rom his Putnam Valley home has been found unharmed. At about 4:30pm on Friday, March 20, 2009, sheriff deputies responded to a 9-1-1 call reporting that a child was missing from his home located at Lake Shore Road in the Town of Putnam Valley.
