Please be advised that the next meeting of the Planning Board will be held at Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road on Monday March 8, 2010, for the purpose of considering the following applications:

Regular Meeting Start Time: 6:00pm
The following public hearings have been scheduled for March 8, 2010 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.
1. Marinelli, James-Oscawana Lake Road (72.20-1-7.22 File#2010-0054)
The applicant is proposing a 2-Lot subdivision on 16.08 (+/-) acres of land located on Oscawana Lake Road in the R-2 Zoning District. The proposed action will result in the construction of two (2) single-family residences.
2. Downes, John-Peekskill Hollow Road/Quincy Road (84.7-1-44.2/File: 2010-0052)
An application has been filed to construct a single-family residence on approximately 1.05 acres of land located on Peekskill Hollow Road/Quincy Road and within the R-3 Zoning District.
3. Rose Hills Cemetery-101 Mill Street (TM: 84.-2-35/File: 2010-0056)
The Planning Board granted Site Development Plan Approval, a Major Grading Permit and a Wetland Permit on July 27, 2009 for a proposed 68’ x 55’ office, associated parking, scattering garden and mitigation plan. Construction is underway and the applicant is proposing certain amendments to the approved Site Development Plan and Wetland Permit.
 4. Bryant Pond Associates Inc.- 4 Secor Road (TM#74.-01-56/File 2010-0057
The subject property consists of ±1.49 acres of land and is located at the intersection of Secor Road and Wood Street and within the CC-2 Zoning District. The applicant is proposing the demolition of an existing residence and the construction of a multi-use building consisting of ±7,777 s.f. of office/retail space and two (2) second floor 1-bedroom apartments. The proposed action also includes associated parking, stormwater management, subsurface sewage treatment facilities, landscaping and lighting. The Planning Board will commence review of the project plans and consider making a decision on the Sketch Plan.
5.   Putnam Café- Oscawana Lake RoaD (TM: 91.8-1-1/File: 2008-0016
The applicant is proposing amendments to the approved Site Plan. The Planning Board will continue its review of the proposed Amended Site Plan.
6.    Maple Leaf Associates-Oscawana Lake Road

7. Silverman Stuart & Elizabeth-Williams Drive (TM: 84.-2-43/44/File: 2007-004, 005)
