Please be advised that the next meeting of the Planning Board will be held at Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road on Monday June 7, 2010, for the purpose of considering the following applications:

The following public hearings have been scheduled for June 7, 2010 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.
1. Rose Hills Cemetery-101 Mill Street (TM: 84.-2-35/File: 2010-0065)
The Planning Board granted Site Development Plan Approval and issued a Wetland Permit and Major Grading Permit on July 27, 2009. The Board granted certain amendments on March 8, 2010. The applicant is requesting additional amendments including the elimination of gates, the relocation of handicap parking stalls, and modifications to on-site stormwater facilities. DECISION
2. F.C. Putnam Sports-7 Bryant Pond Road (TM: 63.-3-2/File 2009-0048)
The subject site consists of ±13.5 acres and is located at the intersection of Peekskill Hollow Road and Bryant Pond Road in the R-3 Zoning District. The subject site contains an existing soccer camp which operates under an existing valid Special Use Permit. The subject property currently contains two (2) soccer fields, two (2) barns, associated parking, and an individual septic system and well. The applicant is proposing to amend certain conditions of the Special Use Permit and is also proposing to construct a 330' x 210' regulation soccer field and install lighting on the existing soccer field located closest to Bryant Pond Road.
3. Morais, Joaquim – Bryant Pond Road (TM: 63.-3-41/File: 2010-0066)
The Planning Board granted Site Development Plan Approval and issued a Wetland Permit and Major Grading Permit on February 8, 2010. The applicant is proposing amendments to the previously approved conservation easement. The Planning Board will continue its review of the project plans and consider making a decision on the Sketch Plan.
4. Putnam Valley Volunteer Fire Department-Oscawana Lake Road (TM: 72.20-1-7.12/File: 2009-0041)
The Planning Board will continue its review of the Draft Scoping Document and considering authorizing the circulation of the document to the Involved and Interested Agencies.
5.NYC DEP- 1919, Route 301 (19.-2-16/File: 2010-
The applicant, the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP), is working on rehabilitating Shaft No. 8, which will require work within the boundaries of the NYCDEP’s property. The subject parcel consists of ± 0.92 acres of land located in the Planned Commercial Park District (PC) Zoning District. The Planning Board will consider referring the project to the Zoning Board of Appeals for the required 280-a variance.
6. Bellamy, Joe- Luigi Road (TM: 73.17-1-37/File: 2010-0067)
The applicant is proposing the construction of a single-family residence, septic system and well located on ±1.0 acre of land. The subject property is located on Luigi Drive and within the R-1 Zoning District. The Planning Board will commence its review of the project plans and consider making a decision on the Sketch Plan.
