Please be advised that the next meeting of the Planning Board will be held at Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road on Monday October 4, 2010, for the purpose of considering the following applications:

1.    Maple Leaf Associates-Oscawana Lake Road

The applicant is proposing a landscape contracting business on ±1.9 acres of land located on Oscawana Lake Road and within the CC-2 Zoning District. The applicant is proposing an access drive, gravel parking area, four (4) storage bins, a 33’x48’ building, and the conversion of an existing residence to office space.
2.   Wiener, Jesse, Brookside Road

The applicant is proposing a single-family residence on ±2.2 acres of land located on Brookside Avenue and within the R-3 Zoning District. The Planning Board will commence its review of the project plans and will consider making a decision on the Sketch Plan.
