LEGAL NOTICE
PUBLIC HEARING FOR A PROPOSED LOCAL LAW TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE TOWN OF PHILIPSTOWN BY DELETING AND REPEALING ARTICLE 1 OF CHAPTER 55, "DOGS," AND REPLACING IT WITH A NEW ARTICLE 1 ENTITLED, "LICENSING, IDENTIFICATION AND CONTROL OF DOGS"
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Philipstown, Putnam County, New York will conduct a PUBLIC HEARING on Thursday, November 18, 2010, at 7:00 p.m., Prevailing Time, at the Town Hall, 238 Main Street, Cold Spring, New York, to consider a Proposed Local Law to Amend the Code of the Town of Philipstown by deleting and repealing Article 1 of Chapter 55, "Dogs," and replacing it with a new article 1 entitled, "Licensing, Identification and Control of Dogs."
All persons interested will be heard at the time, date and place specified above.
A copy of the proposed Local Law is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk and may be examined during regular business hours.
