Notice is hereby given to interested parties that a Public Hearing will be held by the Putnam Valley Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday, December 2, 2010 at at Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road for the purpose of considering the following petitions and requests together with all other matters that may properly come before the Board at this time.

Requests a front yard, 2 side yard variances and lot coverage to construct a garage.
2) Cummings, Jonathan 29 Hudson View Dr 62.13-1-4 R3
Request a variance under Article XI, Section 165-44A(2) for an increase in livable space over 20% and two front yard variances for a proposed addition to a single family residence. Also, one front yard and a side yard variance for a garage.
