Please be advised that the next meeting of the Planning Board will be held at Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road on Monday December 20, 2010, for the purpose of considering the following applications:

SKETCH
1.    Mancinelli, Mark-107 South Highland Road
(TM: 62.-2-28/File:2010-0075)
The applicant is proposing to demolish and reconstruct a single-family residence on 12.21 acres of land, located on South Highland Road and within the CD Zoning District. The Planning Board will commence its review of the project plans and will consider making a decision of the Sketch Plan.
2.          Stern, David-40 Clubhouse Road
(TM#51.14-1-36/File: 2010-0070)
The subject property consists of ±0.52 acres of land and is located at 40 Clubhouse Road and within the R-3 Zoning District; the subject property is adjacent to Lake Oscawana. The applicant is proposing to demolish an existing residence that is currently located on the subject property and construct a new residence. The Planning Board will continue its review of the project plans and consider making a decision on the Sketch Plan.
3. Cory, Sean- 36 Brookside Av (TM: 41.14-1-64/File: 2010-0076)
The applicant is proposing the construction of a single-family residence on approximately 1.3 acres of land located on Brookside Avenue and within the R-3 Zoning District. The Planning Board will commence its review of the project plans and will consider making a decision of the Sketch Plan.
4. DeRiggi, Dino-Peekskill Hollow Road (TM: 73.-2-21/File-2009-0045)    
The applicant is proposing to construct a 5-bedroom residence and detached garage on ±26.8 acres of land, located on Peekskill Hollow Road and within the R-3 Zoning District. The Planning Board will continue its review of the project plans and will consider making a decision of the Sketch Plan.

5. Rodrigues, Jose – Peekskill Hollow Road (TM: 73.-1-69/File: 2009-0034)
The applicant is proposing a single-family residence on approximately 18.79 acres of land located on Peekskill Hollow Road and within the R-3 Zoning District. The Planning Board will continue its review of the project plans.
6. Kisslinger, Robert- West Shore Drive (TM:62.01-1-3,4&5/File:2008-0026)
The applicant is proposing the construction of a single-family residence on approximately 1.5 acres of land located at the terminus of West Shore Drive in the R-3 Zoning District. The Planning Board will continue its review of the project plans.
 7.  Putnam Café- Oscawana Lake Road (TM: 91.8-1-1/File: 2008-0016
The applicant is proposing amendments to its approved Site Plan. The Planning   
 Board will continue its review of the proposed Amended Site Plan.
