Please be advised that the next meeting of the Planning Board will be held at Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road on Monday January 24, 2010, for the purpose of considering the following applications:

 PUBLIC HEARING
The following public hearings have been scheduled for January 24, 2011 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.
1. Putnam Café- Oscawana Lake Road
(TM: 91.8-1-1/File: 2008-0016
The applicant is proposing amendments to its approved Site Plan. The Planning   
 Board will continue its review of the proposed Amended Site Plan.
2.    Felberbaum, Peter- 26 Cimarron Road
(TM# 72.16-1-16/File:2010-0077
The Planning Board will review a wetland mitigation plan to address the construction of a patio, stone wall and other improvements, as well as vegetation removal in a wetland and wetland buffer jurisdictional to the Town of Putnam Valley, accomplished without an appropriate wetland permit.      
SKETCH
3.       Speirs, Jonanthan-63 Lake Front Road
(TM: 62.15-1-27/File: 2010-0074)
The applicant is proposing to demolish and reconstruct a single-family residence on 0.32 acres of land, located on Lake Front Road and within the R-3 Zoning District. The Planning Board will continue its review of the project plans and will consider making a decision on the Sketch Plan.
4.       Keeler, Thomas, -31 Irma Drive
(TM: 73.17-2-21 / File: 2010-0072)
The applicant is proposing an addition to a single-family residence located at 31 Irma Drive and within the R-2 Zoning District. The Planning Board will continue its review of the project plans and will consider making a decision on the Sketch Plan.
5.    Dominguez, Jose - Butterfly Lane
(TM: 74.14-1-22/File: 2011-0078)
The applicant is proposing the construction of a single-family residence on ±26.2 acres of land located at the terminus of Butterfly Lane and within the Low-Density Residence (R-3) Zoning District. The Planning Board granted approval on July 27, 2009; however, the conditions of approval were not satisfied and said approval has since expired. The Planning Board will commence review of the project plans and will consider making a decision on the Sketch Plan.

6.        Mancinelli, Mark-107 South Highland Road
(TM: 62.-2-28/File: 2010-0075)
The applicant is proposing to demolish and reconstruct a single-family residence on 12.21 acres of land, located on South Highland Road and within the CD Zoning District. The Planning Board will continue its review of the project plans.
 7.        Stern, David-40 Clubhouse Road
(TM#51.14-1-36/File: 2010-0070)
The subject property consists of ±0.52 acres of land and is located at 40 Clubhouse Road and within the R-3 Zoning District; the subject property is adjacent to Lake Oscawana. The applicant is proposing to demolish an existing residence that is currently located on the subject property and construct a new residence. The Planning Board will continue its review of the project plans.
8.      Kisslinger, Robert- West Shore Drive
(TM: 62.01-1-3,4&5/File:2008-0026)
The applicant is proposing the construction of a single-family residence on approximately 1.5 acres of land located at the terminus of West Shore Drive in the R-3 Zoning District. The Planning Board will continue its review of the project plans.

9.    DeRiggi, Dino-Peekskill Hollow Road
(TM: 73.-2-21/File-2009-0045)    
The applicant is proposing to construct a 5-bedroom residence and detached garage on ±26.8 acres of land, located on Peekskill Hollow Road and within the R-3 Zoning District. The Planning Board will review the submitted interim restoration plan.
