Please be advised that the next meeting of the Planning Board will be held at Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road on Monday March 28, 2011, for the purpose of considering the following applications:
Regular Meeting Start Time:      6:00pm
AGENDA       
SKETCH
1.         Paley, Alan- 29-31 Hemlock Point Drive
      (TM# 62.6-1-24, 25/File: 2007-015)
The applicant is proposing to merge Lots 24 and 25, demolish two existing dwellings, construct a new single-family residence and detached garage, and install a new septic system. The subject property consists of ±0.85 acres of land and is located on Hemlock Point Drive North and within the R-3 Zoning District. The Planning Board will continue its review of the project plans and will consider making a decision on the Sketch Plan.
2.        Zywotchenko, Mary- Oscawana Lake Road
    (TM# 73.6-1-2/File: 2011-0081)
The applicant is proposing to construct a single-family residence on ±2.6 acres of land, located on Oscawana Lake Road and within the R-2 Zoning District. The Planning Board will commence its review of the project plans and will consider making a decision on the Sketch Plan.
3.        Gersin-Caruso
        (TM# 61.-1-1/ File: 2011-0079)
The applicant is proposing to construct a single-family residence on ±11.2 acres of land located on Chapman Road and within the CD Zoning District. The Planning Board will continue its review of the project plans and will consider making a decision on the Sketch Plan.

4.       Cory, Sean- 36 Brookside Ave
      (TM: 41.14-1-64/File: 2010-0076)
The applicant is proposing the construction of a single-family residence on ±1.3 acres of land located on Brookside Avenue and within the R-3 Zoning District. The Planning Board will continue its review of the project plans.
