On Thursday night, NY State Senator Greg Ball stopped in at the Town of Philipstown meeting to present a legislative update to the Board of Trustees and the citizens of Philipstown who had turned out in large numbers to hear him speak. This was Ball’s fifth stop on his Town Hall Tour, which will include all 22 towns within the 40th Senate District.
