Concetta A. Timoney

Visitation Thursday evening, funeral Mass Friday

Concetta A. Timoney, age 81, a lifelong resident of Cold Spring, died on Tuesday, August 16, 2011, at Elms of Cranbury in Cranbury, NJ.

Born April 20, 1930 in Cold Spring, she was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Anna (Arrigo) Frisenda. She was the widow of the late Edward W. Timoney, who predeceased her in 2003.

Mrs. Timoney was a retired executive secretary with ILGWU in New York, NY retiring in 1969. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Loretto Church in Cold Spring, and a local election inspector.

Survivors include one son, Edward W. (Diane) Timoney, III of North Carolina, and one daughter, Maureen (Mark) Dynarski of East Windsor, NJ. Five grandchildren Hope, Abigail, Graham Edward, Anna, and Emily also survive.

A mass of Christian burial took place on Friday, August 19, 2011, at Our Lady of Loretto Church in Cold Spring, with interment at Cold Spring Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of the Clinton Funeral Home Cold Spring, NY.
