A Shot in the Arm Equals a Renegades Game for Lucky Haldane Student
Haldane School held its first ever in-school vaccination clinic. The clinic was organized and administered by the Putnam County Department of Health with assistance by the Haldane health office staff including Candy Zgolinski RN and her assistant Cindy Gagnon. The clinic was a great success with participation from kindergarten through 12th grade. There were very few tears and the feedback from parents was very positive. The entire staff was also offered the flu vaccine at the clinic.
The names of all of the students who received the flu shot at the clinic were entered in a drawing for a prize of 4 Renegade tickets. The winner was Nicole Pidala, a 10th grade student from Garrison.
