Youth Bureau Pegasus Program Takes Off

Registration is now underway for the spring session of the Putnam County Youth Bureau Pegasus Program. Pegasus provides education and support to children ages 6 to 14 and their parent(s) or guardian(s) who have a loved one suffering from alcohol or other drug dependency. Pegasus is both free and confidential, and most importantly does not label children or those suffering from addiction. It is a program designed to help families understand the issues that surround alcohol and other drug abuse and positive ways to cope. This is accomplished in fun and creative ways!

Pegasus begins Thursday, March 1, 2012 at the Youth Bureau. Pre-registration is required. For more information contact Program Coordinator Adriene Iasoni-Aull, LMSW 845-808-1600 ext.46126 or adriene.iasoni@putnamcountyny.gov
