NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT I HAVE RECEIVED THE WARRANT FOR THE COLLECTION OF TAXES FOR THE VILLAGE OF NELSONVILLE, PUTNAM COUNTY, NEW YORK FOR THE YEAR 2012-2013, AND I WILL RECEIVE SAME AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING, 258 MAIN STREET, NELSONVILLE, NEW YORK FROM JUNE 1ST TO JULY 2nd, 2012 FROM NOON TO 2PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.DURING THE PERIOD JUNE 1ST TO JULY 2nd, TAXES MAY BE PAID WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGE. ON ALL TAXES REMAINING UNPAID AFTER JULY 3rd, 2012, FIVE PERCENT (5 PERCENT) WILL BE ADDED FOR THE FIRST MONTH AND ONE PERCENT FOR EACH MONTH OR FRACTION THEREOF UNTIL PAID.

Notice is hereby given that I have received the warrant and tax book for the year 2012/2013 and that I will receive taxes at the office of the Village of Cold Spring Clerk, 85 Main Street, Cold Spring, NY Monday through Friday, between the hours of
8:30 am to 4:00 pm, during the period from June 1st through June 30th within which period of time taxes may be paid without additional charges.
On all taxes remaining unpaid as of July 3, 2012, five percent (5%) will be added for the first month and 1% for each month or fraction thereof until paid.
Tax bills will be mailed to taxpayers by June 1, 2012.

The Board of Education of the PUTNAM VALLEY CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT hereby invites the submission of proposals for the following professional services:

GENERAL AUDIT SERVICES
Forms for proposal, certification, conditions and specifications may be obtained at the PUTNAM VALLEY CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT Business Office located at 146 Peekskill Hollow Road, Putnam Valley, NY, 10579.
In all cases, it must be understood that conditions and specifications of the PUTNAM VALLEY CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT shall apply. Sealed proposals must be marked:
“Sealed Dollar Cost Bid Proposal for Putnam Valley Central School District for INTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES” or , “Sealed Dollar Cost Bid Proposal for Putnam Valley Central School District for GENERAL AUDIT SERVICES” and will be received until 2pm, June 15, 2012, at the PUTNAM VALLEY CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT Business Office after which date and time all proposals will be publicly opened and subsequently analyzed.
The Board of Education reserves the right to consider qualifications, experience, and reputation in the Auditing Services Industry, as well as the specific qualifications of a proposer set out herein, in considering proposals and awarding the contract. The Board of Education reserves all rights and may reject any or all proposals as it may deem appropriate to do so.

The Town of Putnam Valley will be accepting sealed proposals for performing the work and furnishing the equipment for constructing the foundation and erecting a town supplied metal frame building for the Town of Putnam Valley in accordance with the specifications and related documents which may be examined. Copies of the bid proposal can be obtained at the office of the Town Clerk, Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York. A $25.00 bid fee is required to obtain a bid package. A mandatory pre-bid site inspection will be held on June 6, 2012 at 2:00 pm at the site which is located at the Putnam Valley Town Park, 156 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York. The bids will be received by the Town Clerk, Eileen Royael until June 13, 2012 at 2:00 pm at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. At this time the bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 pm on June 13, 2012.
