The Village of Cold Spring Historic District Review Board will hold their regular monthly meeting Wednesday June 13, 2012 at 8:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 85 Main St. Cold Spring. The agenda is as follows:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 21, 2012 at 7:00 PM for the purpose of hearing public comment on the application of the Butterfield Library, 10 Morris Ave., to locate a 1 1/2 story prefabricated shed structure in the rear yard.  The proposal will require a side yard variance from Section 134-7(C)(5) of the Village Code. The property is in the R-1 zone. All interested parties are encouraged to attend and be heard.

The Board of Education of the Garrison Union School District, Town of Philipstown New York, in accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law, hereby invites the submission of sealed bids from reputable and qualified contractors for the provision of labor and materials for the following contract:
Bids for HVAC Services will be received until 10:00 a.m. June 19, 2012 at the Garrison School located at 1100 Route 9D, Box 193, Garrison, New York 10524 at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened. Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the Main Office Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. A mandatory site visit required for participation in this bid is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on June 13, 2012.
Bids must be presented on the proposal form in the manner designated therein and as required by the Specifications. All bids must be enclosed in sealed envelopes which are clearly marked on the outside: Bid For: "Garrison Union Free School District - HVAC Services Contract". Bids shall remain firm for a period of sixty (60) days following the date of the bid opening.
The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informalities in order to reject any or all bids, or to accept that bid which, in the Board of Education's judgment, is in the best interest of the School District.
The Board of Education reserves the right to consider experience, service and reputation in the above-referenced fields. In addition, the Board of Education reserves the right to consider the financial responsibility and specific qualifications, as set out herein, of the prospective bidder in its evaluation of the bids and award of the contracts.
