Notice of formation of Limited Liability Company (“LLC”) Name: 3315 Rt 9, LLC. Articles of Organization filed with the Secretary of State of New York (“SSNY”) on August 17, 2012. Office Location: Putnam County. The “SSNY” is designated as agent of the “LLC” upon whom process against it may be served. “SSNY” shall mail a copy of any process to the LLC at: 3315 Route 9, Cold Spring, NY 10516. Purpose: Any and all activities for which a limited liability company may be lawfully engaged in under the laws of the State of New York. The Village of Cold Spring Board of Trustees will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Cold Spring Firehouse, 154 Main Street, Cold Spring, NY. Representatives from the engineering firm of CHA will present plans and accept questions or comments from the public on the proposed federal transportation projects involving improvements to Main Street, Fishkill Avenue and Furnace Street.

Collector’s Notice of School Taxes

Putnam Valley Central School District, Towns of Putnam Valley and Carmel, County of Putnam, New York.  Having received for the Collection of Taxes in the above named school district, the collection of same would be at the Putnam Valley Central School District, Business Office at Putnam Valley High School, Peekskill Hollow Road, Putnam Valley, New York, during the months of September and October on Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. and that the following penalties shall be in effect:  Total taxes 9/1/12 to 9/30/12 no penalty; 10/1/12 to 11/01/12, interest computed at variable interest rate from September 1; and after 11/01/12, the list of unpaid taxes will be turned over to The Commissioner of Finance, County Office Building, Carmel, N.Y.  10512 for re-levy with additional interest added.  Optional payment by installments:  total tax must exceed $50.00; one-half of total tax plus one-half of the 4% service charge, payable to the tax collector 9/1/12-9/15/12; second-half of tax plus one-half of the 4% service charge, payable to The Commissioner of Finance after 11/2/12 but before 3/15/12.
