Legal Notice Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Nelsonville at the Village office, 258 Main Street, Pearl Street entrance, on: Monday, April 15, 2013 at 8:00 pm to hear the appeal of Sarah Carnevale and Brandon DelPozo from a denial by Building Inspector George Duncan to place a Wood Garage on their property, known as tax map #49.05-01-60, located at 249 Main Street, Nelsonville, New York in an VB District. Denial is based on failure to comply with Section 188-29, Schedule B, of the Nelsonville Code, minimum rear and side setbacks. All interested persons will be heard at the above time and place.
