Maria ‘Mary’ Rodino

Maria (Mary) Rodino, age 97, of Lake Worth, FL, a former long time Cold Spring, NY, area resident, died on Sunday, April 7, 2013, at Hospice by the Sea in Boca Raton, FL. Born in Beacon, NY, on May 4, 1915, she was the daughter of the late Dominick and Cecelia (Spino) Pisacreta. She was predeceased by her husband, the late Anthony Rodino, in 1987.

Mrs. Rodino was a retired seamstress with the former S & A Togs, Inc. in Cold Spring, NY. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Loretto Church, Cold Spring, NY, member of the Philipstown Senior Citizens and AARP.

Survivors include her three sons; Louis A. Rodino of Lake Worth, FL, Larry A. Rodino of Cold Spring, NY and Anthony R. Rodino of Palm Coast, FL. Eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren also survive.

Predeceasing her were four brothers Larry, Mike, Sam and George Pisacreta and two sisters Margaret Basso and Rose Garrison.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 am, Friday, April 12, 2013, at Our Lady of Loretto Church, 24 Fair St., Cold Spring, NY 10516. Interment will follow in the Cold Spring Cemetery. Friends may call at the Clinton Funeral Home, Corner of Parrott and Pine Sts. (21 Parrott St.) Cold Spring, NY 10516, on Thursday, April 11th from 5 to 8 PM. Donations may be made in Mrs. Rodino’s name to Hospice by the Sea, 1531 West Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton, FL 33486 or www.HBTS.org.
