The Philipstown Planning Board will meet on Sunday, March 26, 2017 at

NOTICE OF CHANGE IN RATE SCHEDULE

On February 15, 2017, Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation filed with the Public Service Commission of the State of New York an amendment to its rate schedule P.S.C. No. 15 – Electricity to specify that certain qualifying Distributed Energy Resources projects which were proposed prior to June 1, 2015, but were unable to meet the December 31, 2017 in-service deadline, would be able to retain eligibility for monetary crediting by meeting specific criteria.

This amendment is made in compliance with a December 16, 2016 Order of the Public Service Commission in Cases 14-E-0151 and 14- E-0422 which provides the specific criteria to retain eligibility for monetary crediting.

The proposition for submission to the electors of the Village of Nelsonville on whether Local Law No. 1 of 2017, enacted by the Village Board of Trustees at the regular meeting hold on February 21, 2017, which would increase the number of Village Trustee from two (2) to four (4) Trustees, so the composition of the Village Board would consist of four (4) Trustees and a Mayor, with the two (2) additional Trustees to be elected at the 2018 general Village election, should be approved.
